1. No analytics or tracking cookies

The LaunchLens snippet is cookieless. It does not use cookies, does not perform device fingerprinting, and does not create cross-site identifiers. Visitor measurement is based on anonymous, aggregated events.

2. What the application stores

The LaunchLens application stores a small amount of strictly functional data in your own browser so that the dashboard can work:

• lpa_token — your session token after sign-in.
• lpa_project_id — the project currently selected.
• lpa_api_key — the API key returned at sign-up, shown once for storage on your side.

This storage is needed solely to provide the service you request. It is not shared with third parties for advertising.

3. Third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you open the Stripe checkout page, Stripe may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. On LaunchLens pages themselves no third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.

4. Managing browser storage

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; the dashboard will then ask you to sign in again.

5. Why there is no cookie banner

We do not set non-essential cookies or trackers, so no consent banner is required. If this ever changes, we will ask for consent before enabling such technologies. The support chat is available on our website and answers from our public documentation. You are informed that you are interacting with an AI assistant before the first answer, in line with the EU AI Act. The chat sets no cookies.
