1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of LaunchLens, a privacy-first analytics service operated by UNIVERSAL GLOBAL SERVICES LTD (UGS). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. If you use LaunchLens for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.

2. The service

LaunchLens provides cookieless website analytics through a one-line snippet, dashboards, funnels, usage reporting, and automated weekly reports on paid plans. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Accounts and API keys

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account details accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your secret API keys confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans, pricing and billing

• Plans: Free (EUR 0), Starter (EUR 9/month), Pro (EUR 29/month), Business (EUR 79/month).
• Monthly event quotas: 10,000 (Free), 50,000 (Starter), 500,000 (Pro), 2,000,000 (Business).
• Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. EU B2B customers can use a VAT ID for reverse charge.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• We may change plans or prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
• Do not introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data. You remain responsible for your own website visitors and for the notices you provide on your site.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on a best-effort basis. Support is available at [email protected]. Planned maintenance is announced where reasonably possible.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UGS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your project in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
