Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. This policy explains when refunds are available. Your statutory rights under EU and Irish consumer law are not affected.

2. First payment — 14-day money-back

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

3. Renewals and cancellation

• Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or through the billing view in your dashboard.
• After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.

4. EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the initial purchase of a digital service. By starting to use a paid plan you request immediate performance of the service. Within the 14-day window we refund the first payment as described above.

5. Service failures

If a paid feature is materially unavailable and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected subscription period pro rata.

6. How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] with your project email and the payment date.
• We reply within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe; bank processing times depend on your provider.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.

8. Business customers

Invoices issued with EU B2B reverse charge (valid VAT ID) are non-refundable except in the case of service failures described above.
